Technical Artist (In-game)

  • Salary

    Annual salary system (Amount determined in accordance with corporate regulations, based on experience, ability, etc.)
    Those with specialized skills and abilities will be given extra priority.
    Additionally, we also employ a performance-based incentive system as well.
    Salary Revision: Once per year

  • Job Specifics

    ・Creation and maintenance of materials, tools, etc. used by artists
    ・Development of techniques/technologies for improvement of graphic quality
    ・Planning and maintenance of production infrastructure, including game asset specifications, processing load management, workflow, etc.

    * We would like to have you be responsible for the area(s) of work described in which you are specialized.

  • Applicant Requirements

    [Essential Requirements]
    ・Experience in home console game content development
    ・Actual production work experience with DCC tool plugins such as Maya, Photoshop, etc.

    [Also Welcomed]
    ・Deep knowledge and understanding of DCC tools such as Maya, Substance Painter/Designer, etc.
    ・Unreal Engine 4/5 development experience
    ・Actual work experience with materials for backgrounds, characters, effects, post-processing, etc.
    ・Actual work experience with processing load management
    ・Deep knowledge and understanding of realistic expression methods in Unreal Engine 4/5
    ・Deep knowledge and understanding of Unreal Engine 4/5 lighting
